The answer is yes.
You just need to create multiple form regions based on different tables. And of course, all form regions will be based on a key field from every table.
Create a button on that form and set its database action to SQL Update. Now when the user clicks on the button, all form processes will execute to update all the tables based on the regions.
To call this form from any other page, you need to pass the key fields for every form region so that the data can be pulled from each table of the form.

If i am not wrong you are telling like this i think
If there is an interactive grid, you can use a hidden page item and put it in the interactive grid’s where clause.
And when calling the form, set those hidden items from the calling page. So that Interactive grid data can display only the match the criteria.
