You can change it using the JavaScript as follows:
For example, you have a page item P3_FIRST_NAME, now to change the label, you need to add _LABEL to it to get its ID. Below is an example:
document.getElementById("P3_FIRST_NAME_LABEL").innerHTML = 'New Label';
