In Oracle Apex, you can take the backup of all applications from a workspace using the database procedure.

It will store all the apps as the CLOB data into a table. Follow these steps:

Create a table to hold apps backup:

CREATE TABLE apex_app_bkp
(
apex_app_id INTEGER,
app_bkp CLOB,
date_created date
);

Create a procedure to create backups:

Create Or Replace Procedure export_apex_apps Is
v_files apex_t_export_files;

c_Clob Clob;

Cursor cur_get_apps Is
Select
application_id
From
apex_applications;

Begin

For c In cur_get_apps Loop

v_files := apex_export.get_application(p_application_id => c.application_id);

c_clob := v_files(1).contents;

Insert Into apex_app_bkp (
apex_app_id,
app_bkp,
date_created
) Values (
c.application_id,
c_clob,
sysdate
);

End Loop;

Commit;
End;
